"Is it expensive to smoke shisha in Sapporo?"
In Sapporo, there is a few bars and cafes where you can enjoy shisha.
But not many. Compared to Tokyo, shisha is not well-known here. Still, you can smoke a good shisha. No worries!
The price for shisha in Sapporo is ¥1,500 to ¥1,700, and plus Drink and Seat Charge. So, in total, it is going to be around ¥2,000 to ¥2,500.

You may be surprised. Social Lounge is in the 1st floor of the HOSTEL named "Social Hostel 365". So, everyday we have a lot of guest from abroad in the hostel, and they enjoy our shisha and drinks! 
For the reason, we know much information on Sapporo, which is not easy to access to on the internet. And all of the staff here are English speakers! You can smoke good shisha and know the local's information at Social Lounge!
